Bathtub Awesomeness

Tucker used to love the bath.  Not anymore. Not for the past few months.  I’m not sure why.  So, last night, as he was standing in the tub not wanting to sit down or let me put shampoo in his hair, Robert walked in to witness me stripping down.

“What are you doing?”

My reply? “Being awesome.”

I climbed in that tub with Tucker.  He squealed with delight and then laughed and laughed and laughed when it was his turn and I let him dump buckets of water over my head.  Over, and over.  And over.  I even got enough of my own turns in there to get his hair washed.  And rinsed.

It was, indeed, awesome.

    • admin - Awww Cathy THANK YOU! There are moments when Tucker would disagree. But they usually involve the nail clippers. Or sunscreen.December 4, 2012 – 9:01 pmReplyCancel

  • Jennifer - LOL your drawings always crack me up and even though some posts are funnier no offense, I think they are getting better because I live the strategic bubbles placement. You are awesome. As you say indeed awesome. I love this!December 4, 2012 – 10:17 pmReplyCancel

    • admin - Thanks, Jennifer! I know sometimes they suck. It’s ok for you to say so in a nicer way. Really.December 4, 2012 – 11:50 pmReplyCancel

Here it is the other way round. I used to accompany Sunny in the bath tub when he was smaller but now he enjoys having the big bath tub all for himself. He takes a lot of big ships with him and makes monster waves! He loves his bath tub!December 5, 2012 – 3:32 amReplyCancel

    • admin - I did make a point with the shampoo. Hopefully he got it and I don’t need to repeat. Lather, rinse, repeat. 😉December 5, 2012 – 9:42 amReplyCancel
